パッションフルーツ・マフィン - Passionfruits muffin


I picked up a bargain at Subiaco Market - 5 passion fruits for $2. I guess passion fruits are in season at the moment as every store had a bunch of passionfruits on display. It is a bit cold for fruit salad in wintery Perth, so I decided to bake “Passion muffin” with passion.

1.       270g Self Raising Flour
2.       200 g sugar
3.       100 g melted butter
4.       1 egg
5.       3 + 1 passionfruit pulp
6.       100m milk
7.       2 table spoon Greek yogurt

A.      1,2,3をボウルに入れて混ぜる。Mix 1-3.
B.      4, 56のパッションフルーツ3つ分を混ぜる。Mix 4-6 (pulp for 3 passionfruits)
C.      AとBを混ぜ、4つ目のパッションフルーツと7を加えた後マフィン型に入れ、190度のオーブンで18分焼く  Mix A&B and add the 4th passionfruit pulp and 7. Baked in a muffin tin in 190c oven for 18min.

焼き時間を合わせて30分以内でできるのが嬉しい。Voila! – yummy muffins in less than 30min!
