久々のケーキ作り - Back to baking

また10時間かけてドバイから戻り、ようやく落ち着いたところで、久々のケーキ作り。夕食後に簡単に作れた本格チョコレート・ケーキ。
It is always good to be home. Back to baking after another 10hours flight back to Perth from Dubai. This is a great recipe of a quick but yummy chocolate cake. I managed to bake this cake after a dinner.


レシピ Recipe
  1. オーブンを150度に設定。Set the oven at 150degree.
  2. ダークチョコ180gとバター150gを鍋で溶かす Melt 180g dark chocolates and 150g butter in a saucepan
  3. 卵3つと砂糖70gを10分間ミキサーであわ立てる。Mix 3 eggs and 70g sugar with an electric mixer for 10min
  4. 3にSelf Raising Flour 100gとアーモンド粉50g混ぜる。Stir in 100g S.R flour and 50g almond meal to 3
  5. 2を4に混ぜ、型に入れて55分オーブンで焼く。Mix 2 to 4, pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake in the oven for 55min.
