パースの日本旅館- Wabi Sabi Ryokan

Kalamundaの中心部から徒歩5分の距離に、素敵なオーストラリア人のご夫婦が旅館を建設中と聞き下見に訪れた。本格オープンは1－2ヶ月先とのことだが、既に日本人顔負けの完成度。庭には鯉の泳ぐ池や本格的な茶室まである。日本庭園を散策すると日本に戻ったような気になる。

旅館もすごいが、和食を真剣に勉強したオーナーが作る料理には恐れ入った。日本の旅館風の夕食・朝食付きでの宿泊が可能らしい。オープン後また訪問したいと思うが既に予約待ち客がかなりいるらしい。　

A lovely Australian couple is building a Japanese style Ryokan in Kalamunda. It is located within 5min walk from Central Kalamunda area. The Ryokan is built to perfection. It makes you feel like you are back in Japan or in a high quality museum.

Its Japanese garden has a koi pond and tea ceremony room. Ryokan guests can enjoy the Japanese garden view from bedroom, dining room and Japanese style bath.

To make it even more surprising, the owner who has been trained by professional Japanese chefs, creates master-class Japanese cuisine to entertain the Ryokan guests.
