おいしいシンポール最終版 - Singapore

今回の旅でも新たなシンガポールのおいしいスポットを発見できた。Orchard RoadにあるHilton hotel最上階のIl Cielo Italianはシェフが毎日手作りするパスタがおいしい。プールサイドのバーで軽く飲んでから、パスタをメインに楽しみたい。パンもトリュフバターとよく合いおいしい。This Singapore trip added more Oishi places to the Oishi Perth archive. Il Cielo Italian restaurant, located on the roof top of Hilton Hotel on Orchard Road, serves fantastic pasta dishes. All pasta are hand- made by the chef every day. The pool side bar nearby is a great venue for pre-dinner drinks. Go for pasta if you have a chance to visit il Cielo. Italian breads and truffle butter are worth sampling too.

今回の成果の一つはシンガポールには少なかったインディペンデント系のカフェを発見できたこと。Robertson Quay のSmitten cafe, KithやRiver Valley RoadのFive & Dimeなど次回是非試したいお店を発見。
One of the achievement from this trip was to have discovered boutique cafes such as Smitten cafe, Kith in Robertson Quay and Five & Dime on River Valley Road. It is still rare to see boutique cafes in Singapore.

最後になるが、シンガポールでの夕食は熱帯の生暖かい気候を楽しめるアルフレスコ・ダイニングが似合う。今回はClarke Quay周辺のIndochinaやインディアンで楽しんだ。

Finally, alfresco dining works well to enjoy the warm tropical weather over dinner in Singapore. Go to Clarke Quay to discover a range of restaurant by the river. Photos are from Indochine and an Indian restaurant in Clarke Quay area.

今後はしばらくシンガポールへ行く予定がないので、ゆっくり時間をかけて次のおいしいシンガポール・リサーチ計画を練る予定。
