C Restaurant is located on Level 33 (top floor) of St Martin’s tower in the middle of St Georges Terrace. The revolving restaurant has been operating for long time under different names and continues to offer dining experience with a great view.
平日は１、２、３コースランチメニュー（それぞれ$28, $38 $48）があり、ランチの所要時間に応じて選べる。事前に見せてもらったメニューで朝１０時頃から‘Grilled fish’と決めていたのに、おいしいパース読者の同席者の自信あるチョイスにつられて、ついその場でパンプキン・リゾットに変更。メニュー選択になると、決断力や意思がかなり弱くなってしまう。
There are 3 options for weekday lunch. Customers can choose from 1, 2 and 3 courses ($28, $38 and $48 respectively). I had an opportunity to check out the menu in the morning and my mind was set on ‘Grilled fish’ by10am. Decision making skills and strong will tend to disappear when it comes to food as I ended up changing my choice to pumpkin risotto when other people ordered the risotto.

リゾットにして良かった。パンプキン・ストックで上手に炊かれたイタリア米にトリュフ・オイル。クリーミーだが量も丁度良くまた食べたくなる。食後のコーヒーと景色を楽しんで、束の間の贅沢ランチ。High tea もやっている。
It turned out to be a very good choice. Italian rice was perfectly cooked in pumpkin stock and truffle oil added a final touch to the creamy risotto. I would order the risotto again. A great up-market lunch spot with a view. High tea is also available Sunday through Friday, 2:00-4:00pm.
