おいしいシンガポール－使えるチェーン・ストア

数ヶ月ぶりのシンガポール。Soup Spoonはいつも立ち寄るスープ専門チェーン店。気軽においしいスープが食べられるので、時間があまりない時でも便利。パンプキン・スープとマッシュルーム・スープがおすすめ。
Back in Singapore after a few month break. The soup spoon is a handy quick stop to have a tasty soup. I usually have pumpkin or mushroom soup but other items look good too.

次はBakerzin。１９９８年にスタートしたデザートに重点をおいているカフェ。シンガポールに８店、インドネシアにも５店ある。パスタやピザなどフードメニューもあり、ソファ式座席が気持ちよく、スターバックスよりずっとゆっくりできる。マッシュルームのブルシェッタはマッシュルームたっぷり。Robさんのsourdoughを使ったらもっとおいしくなるだろうなあ。
Bakerzin was established in Singapore in 1998. It now has 8 stores in Singapore and 5 in Indonesida. Although Bakerzin's speciality is desserts/pastries, its food menu includes pasta and pizza and the store offers much more relaxing atomosphere than Starbucks with its sofa style seating. Mushroom bruschetta was nice but it would be even better if they use Rob's sourdough!
